Precision Basement Waterproof came into our residence and accessed the water issue. We conversed with Krystal over the phone initially and she managed everything from that point on. We discussed the scope of work that needed to be done and the cost of the completed job. We were satisfied with the estimate and decided to move forward with the project. We witnessed two young guys at the job site finishing the work. They were personable and answered questions about the finished product. We were very impressed with the whole experience. Something that stood out to my husband was the thoroughness of the job, especially the cleanup both inside and outside of the house.
